Get help paying for your degree

Media Studies provides students with excellent hands on opportunities. We actively seek to provide students who graduate from our program a portfolio of work that demonstrates gained experience at Utah Tech. Students are given the opportunity to make mistakes during the learning process, as opposed to on the job. Thus, students are better able to perform in the workplace. All emphases provide the opportunity for practical experience in the form of practicum courses and scholarship opportunities. Our hands-on organizations are Sun News, Insight Communications, 91.3 The Blaze, and CEC Television.
